The vision system inspects for defects on non-woven products.
The XG-7000 Series Fine Color processing inspects for any changes in hue, saturation, and brightness in a given area. Further processing is not needed and since the tool processes images automatically, programming is minimal.

Color Exaction processing provided for stable detections, but it required additional filters to extract the background fabric. The XG-7000 Series makes it possible to easily and stably detect only color changes in the inspection area by using the Stain tool with Fine Color processing.
