Label inspection
The vision system inspects for defects on labels.
The Trend Edge Stain tool detects minor variations of edge positions by comparing them to the ideal reference model. Individual positions can be outputted in order to indicate when alignment issues occur so that preventative adjustments can be made to the machine.
