Detection of defects on resin webs

The vision system detects flaws/stains on resin webs.

As a result, it is possible to stably detect stains and foreign particles by removing lighting variations and glare.

Benefit: Normal flaw detection provided relatively stable results, but could not detect low-contrast defects due to subtle shading changes on the surface. The XG Series isolates small stains with low-contrast by removing subtle shade variations using the Real-time Shade Correction filter.
